Yes, fully insured. I carry liability coverage to protect your home and property throughout the project. Happy to provide proof of insurance if you'd like to see it.

Older homes are actually my specialty. They often need a little extra attention—plaster walls, original woodwork, settling cracks, or outdated repairs done by previous owners. I enjoy that kind of work and take the time to do it right.

Interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, cabinet and trim refinishing, carpentry repairs, and general restoration work. If there's something I don't handle, I probably know someone who does—I'm always happy to point you in the right direction.

It depends on the scope. A single room might take a day or two; a larger restoration project could take a week or more. I'll give you a clear timeline upfront and keep you posted throughout. I don't rush through projects—quality work takes the time it takes.

Prep is what separates work that lasts from work that doesn't. I fill holes, fix cracks, sand rough spots, caulk gaps, and make sure surfaces are clean before any finish goes on. It takes longer, but you'll see the difference—and you won't be calling me back in a year to redo it.
